- Give a problem to God or a Higher Power and look for a solution.
- Accept that my outer life is a reflection of the value, worth and abundance of God or a Higher Power within.
By:
- Asking God or a Higher Power how everyone can win in this situation.
- Practicing receiving love by being open, vulnerable and defenseless to the love that God or a Higher Power gives through others.
- Practicing loving something about myself that I have hated and asking God or a Higher Power to show me how to love it.
- Practicing knowing that everything I do is something I choose to do.
- Asking God or a Higher Power how everyone can win in this situation.
- Practicing feeling grateful.
- Giving myself the gift of excellence in all I do as a reflection of myself, not perfection.
- Making a list of what I have not completed and carrying out a plan to complete those things.
- Learning to truly be myself in some way.
- Giving myself complete permission to feel and express the joy in me.
