- Become conscious of the anger and hurt I feel toward my parents and my projections on others and to give myself permission to feel, appropriately express and release the anger.
- Prepare for the perfect life partner by showing me these qualities within myself.
- Affirm that I do need to be special or different to receive God’s or a Higher Power’s love. I am simply human and being human is all that is necessary to receive love.
- Give a problem to God or a Higher Power and look for a solution.
- Develop a relationship with the child within me.
- Practice graciously receiving compliments, money, ideas affection and if appropriate sexual expressions. Practice graciously receiving life.
