- Consciously release myself from an agreement that I made with someone years ago.
- Acknowledge that my homesickness or isolation is really my desire to awaken and feel my oneness with God or a Higher Power and to express all that God or a Higher Power is.
- Become conscious of my dignity and of how much love I feel toward my parents and to open myself to love and be loved.
- Ask for an intimate relationship with love.
