- Ask for an intimate relationship with love.
- Give my relationship with my body to God and perceive my body as a device for communicating oneness.
- Practice feeling grateful.
- Practice true humility by opening my mind to receive God’s or a Higher Power’s wisdom.
- Accept and begin to develop my clairvoyance and intuition.
- Develop a relationship with the child within me.
- Accept that my outer life is a reflection of the value, worth and abundance of God or a Higher Power within.
