- Practice treating myself with respect and compassion.
- Practice acknowledging people who in some way demonstrate the success I want.
- Accept my wholeness by loving some part of myself which I have disowned by thinking of a person whom I judge or are most afraid of.
- Do something I want to do even if I feel afraid which is really fun in disguise.
- Learn to be truly myself in some way.
- Give my relationship with my body to God or a Higher Power and perceive my body as a device for communicating oneness.
BY:
- Experiencing more innocence by giving myself the gift of integrity in my relationships.
- Practicing receiving love by being open, vulnerable and defenseless to the love that God or a Higher Power gives to you through others.
- Acknowledging that where I am in my life is on a spiritual plateau and to be patient and gentle with myself.
- Looking for love everywhere including within myself.
