- Acknowledge that where I am in my life is on a spiritual plateau and to be patient and gentle with myself.
- Practice empathy by seeing and agreeing with people’s strengths, empowering others as I want to be empowered.
- Accept that my outer life is a reflection of the value, worth and abundance of God or a Higher Power within.
The type of worth this week is found in:
- Developing a relationship with the child within me.
- Opening myself to feeling alive without needing to fight or face a deadline.
- Committing to my aliveness by doing an activity that expresses my aliveness.
- Practicing asking God or a Higher Power for something in essence rather than in form.
- Acknowledging that where I am in my life is on a spiritual plateau and to be patient and gentle with myself.
- Placing my trust in God or a Higher Power to provide everything I need to feel safe and happy and ask God or a Higher Power how to practice this trust.
