This week of March 30 – April 5, 2009, the psychic energies that are affecting each and everyone of us around the world, given the change in time zones, suggest that we individually learn to guide ourselves in understanding how to:

• Practice empathy by seeing and agreeing with people’s strengths, empowering others as I want to be empowered.

• Know that anytime I have a dis-ease, it is an attempt to solve a problem and I will ask God or a Higher Power to show me a solution which supports and empowers me.

• Practice true humility by opening my mind to receive God’s or a Higher Power’s wisdom.

• Give my anger to God or a Higher Power by appropriately expressing and releasing my thoughts of anger.

• Forgive myself for holding myself back as well as others who I mistakenly thought held me back and take action toward achieving one of my goals.

• Give myself the gift of excellence in all I do as a reflection of myself, not perfection.

• Ask for an intimate relationship with love.

• Practice empathy by seeing and agreeing with people’s strengths, empowering others as I want to be empowered.

• Give myself complete permission to feel and express the joy in me.

BY:

• Committing to my aliveness by doing an activity that expresses my aliveness.

• Acknowledging and acting upon a message I have been receiving from God or a Higher Power and been ignoring.

• Practice forgiving God or a Higher Power and myself from those times when I thought I was abandoned and for anything I thought God or a Higher Power did to me.

• Consciously releasing myself from an agreement that I made with someone years ago.

• Practicing graciously receiving compliments, money, ideas, affection and if appropriate sexual expressions-LIFE.
