- Give myself permission to play and have fun.
- Accept the truth that I am 100% committed to life.
- Practice empathy by seeing and agreeing with people’s strengths, empowering others as I want to be empowered.
- Make a commitment to one of the desires of my heart and take whatever actions are available; the “how-to” will become apparent.
- Become conscious of my dignity and how much love I feel toward my parents and to open myself to love and be loved.
- Form a clear thought of what I really want and ask God or a Higher Power for it.
- Look for love everywhere including within myself.
