Psychic Guidance of Energy: February 9 – February 15, 2009

- Give my emotions to God or a Higher Power to remove the pain and to expand my experience of love, joy, power, innocence and aliveness in me.
- Accept my innocence.
- Release each judgment I have about someone as a disowned and projected characteristic of myself and practice loving this part of me.
- Acknowledge and act upon a message I have been receiving from God or a Higher Power and ignoring.
- Give myself the gift of prayer and meditation.
- Practice treating myself with respect and compassion.
- Give my emotions with time to God or a Higher Power.
- Release the belief that giving means a loss or sacrifice and ask myself what can I receive right now as I give.
- Acknowledge and act upon a message I have been receiving from God or a Higher Power and ignoring.
- Accept my sexuality as a gift from God or a Higher Power and ask how to be at peace with it.
- Give my emotions with time to God or a Higher Power.
- Accept that my will is God’s or a Higher Power’s will and my will be done.
- Give to God or a Higher Power some part of myself that I thought I needed to keep for myself and to acknowledge that fear of God or a Higher Power is truly insane.
- Practicing graciously receiving compliments, money, ideas, affection and if appropriate sexual expressions-LIFE.
