Make a list of what I have not completed and carry out a plan to complete those things.
Accept responsibility for my life and release being a victim.
FROM:
Affirming that I do not need to be special or different to receive God’s or a Higher Power’s love. I am simply human and that is enough to receive love.
Practice looking for the way to join and feel connected with everyone in my life.
Give my relationship with my body to God or a Higher Power and perceive my body as a device for communicating oneness.
AND ACCEPT:
Giving myself the gift of excellence as a reflection of myself, not perfection. Answer honestly the question, “Is this good enough for me?”
Practicing loving everything I have created and ask God or Higher Power to show me how to love my creations so I can receive the gifts the gifts of my creations.
Giving to God or a Higher Power some part of myself that I thought I needed to keep for myself and to acknowledge that fear of God or a Higher Power is truly insane.
Practicing graciously receiving compliments, money, ideas, affection and if appropriate sexual expressions- LIFE.
