RELEASE BELOW:
- Accept responsibility for my life and release being a victim.
- Accept the means toward achieving a goal that I have given to God or a Higher Power.
- Accept my sexuality as a gift from God or a Higher Power and ask God or a Higher Power how to be at peace with my sexuality.
- Commit to my aliveness by doing an activity that expresses my aliveness.
- Accept and acknowledge my inner beauty as well as the beauty of others as a reflection of myself.
- Do something I want to do even if I feel afraid which is really fun in disguise.
- Give my emotions with time to God or a Higher Power.
- Affirming that I do not need to be special or different to receive God’s or a Higher Power’s love. I am simply human and that is enough to receive love.
REPLACE THE ABOVE WITH:
- Forgive myself for holding myself back as well as others who I mistakenly thought held me back and take action toward achieving one of my goals.
- Practice graciously receiving compliments, money, ideas, affection and if appropriate sexual expressions- LIFE.
