- Ask God how everyone can win in this situation.
BY FIRST:
- Forgiving someone from my past for what I thought he or she did to me and then giving my relationship with my body to God or a higher power and perceive my body as a device for communicating oneness.
AND THEN:
- Accept that my will is God’s or a higher power’s will and my will be done.
- Practice looking for the way to join and feel connected with everyone in my life.
- Practice acknowledging people who in some way demonstrate the success I want.
- Acknowledge and act upon a message I have been receiving from God or a higher power and I have been ignoring.
- Claim and own my aliveness.
- Acknowledge some talent I have been hiding from myself and ask God or a higher power how to actualize it.
- Practice treating myself with respect and compassion.
- Ask God or a higher power to show me how to love everything I have created so I can receive the gifts of my creations.
- Practice graciously receiving compliments, money, ideas, affection and if appropriate sexual expressions.
