- Give and contribute to the success of others.
- Forgive myself for holding myself back as well as others who I mistakenly thought held me back and take action toward achieving one of my goals.
- Open myself to feeling alive without needing to fight or face a deadline.
- Practice looking for the way to join and feel connected with everyone in my life.
- Make a list of what I have not completed and carry out a plan to complete those things.
- Acknowledge and act upon a message I have been receiving from God or a higher power and I have been ignoring.
- Accept and acknowledge my inner beauty as well as the beauty of others as a reflection of myself.
- Acknowledge that there is only one cause in my life and that is God or a higher power within me and forgive myself for false causes that I may have.
- Develop a relation with the child within me.
- Ask God or a higher power for what I want and listen to what God or a higher power is saying.
- Give and contribute to the success of others
- Look for love everywhere including within myself. And in addition, accept that what I see always tells me what I am seeking.
