Psychic Guidance of Energy: June 23-29, 2008

- Become conscious of my defenses and to realize it is safe and rewarding for me to open myself and receive love.
- Look for love everywhere including within myself. And in addition, accept that what I see always tells me what I am seeking.
Practical Application:
- Become aware of your defenses and how they may block good will.
- Practice extending and receiving good will. As well as learning to see what you seek and from that change what you seek if you want something different. Write down five things that are working well for you and five things that you would like to begin to change. With the five things that you would like to begin to change, write down three completely different ways of looking at that particular situation. Now circle the one you like best and act upon it.
