This week of April 14-20, 2008 the psychic energies that are affecting each and everyone of us around the world, given the change in time zones, suggest that we individually learn to guide ourselves in understanding how to:

• Practice receiving love by being open, vulnerable and defenseless to the love that God or the higher power gives to me through others.
• Form a clear thought of what I really want and ask God or the higher power for it.
• Practice loving everything I have created and ask God or a higher power to show me how to love my creations so I can receive the gifts from them.
• Open myself to feeling alive without needing to fight or face a deadline.
• Affirm that I do not need to be special or different to receive God’s or a higher power’s love. I am simply human and being human is all that is necessary to receive God’s or a higher power’s love.

Practical Application:

1. Let yourself be open to the good-will of life. Each day allow yourself to experience 1-3 new opportunities to learn more about your vulnerabilities and your receptivity.
2. Write down clearly what you want to create in your life.
3. Write down several issues that you are struggling with and under each issue list the gifts that you receive from the experience.
4. Letting yourself relax, knowing it is not necessary to cause a fight or self-impose a deadline, will assist in the expansion of your time and space, enabling you to embrace more of your aliveness in the present moment. Take time out to relax. List how you like to relax and experience that relaxation in your day or week. Breathe in your being.
5. Write down several needs that your own “humanness” requires at this moment. Are they related to your gender? Are they related to respect? Are they related to love? Are they related to your own self-acceptance? Are they related to physical survival?
