Psychic Guidance of Energy: April 7-13, 2008

This week of April 7-13, 2008 the psychic energies that are affecting each and everyone of us around the world, given the change in time zones, suggest that we individually learn to guide ourselves in understanding how to:

  • Commit or recommit to what my vision is and to living it.
  • Give a problem to God or a higher power and look for a solution.
  • Get “off the fence” about something and and make a firm “yes” or “no” decision.
  • Practice representing myself through love rather than fear.
  • Become conscious of the anger and hurt I feel toward my parents and my projections on others and to give myself permission to feel, appropriately express and release the anger.
  • Affirm it is rewarding to hear and follow God’s or a higher power’s guidance.
  • Accept and begin to develop my clairvoyance and intuition.
  • Open myself to feeling alive without needing to fight or face a deadline.
  • Give my relationship with my body to God or a higher power and perceive my body as a device for communicating oneness.

Practical Application:

  1. Take some time to write down a particular vision for your life.
  2. Write down a problem or a concern that you have that you would like to resolve.
  3. Make a decision and act upon it.
  4. Even if you feel fear regarding a particular issue in your life, center yourself in love and represent yourself through good-will. Know that opening the heart brings light to areas of darkness. The issues at present in your life are like “guides” to the unfolding of your spiritual development and advancement, if you so choose to embrace it with love.
  5. Recognize the emotions where you are experiencing anger related to your parents and early caregivers. What comes up for you? Are there particular issues that annoy you? Are you experiencing those emotions with any of your relationships now? Can you ask for any anger that you may have to be safely released? You do know that your energy is your own? Know that understanding an unresolved anger issue can lead to the building of your own self-esteem and therefore enabling you to create more self-empowerment in your own life. Write down the areas of your life where you would like to create more self-empowerment.
  6. Ask for and write down the guidance that you receive regarding those areas.
  7. Listening to your intuition can help you see the path more clearly.
  8. Letting yourself relax, knowing it is not necessary to cause a fight or self-impose a deadline, will assist in the expansion of your time and space, enabling you to embrace more of your aliveness in the present moment. Take time out to relax. List how you like to relax and experience that relaxation in your day or week. Breathe in your being.
  9. Allow yourself to be present physically in relation to this world and in relation to others.
