Psychic Guidance of Energy: March 31 – April 6, 2008

- Ask and receive help from people as a demonstration of strength in vulnerability.
- Joyfully contribute my talents and love to others without being attached to how my gifts are received.
- Experience more innocence by giving myself the gift of integrity in my relationships.
- Give my anger safely to God and a higher power by appropriately expressing and releasing my thoughts of anger.
- Look for love everywhere including within myself.
- Become conscious of my defenses and to realize it is safe and rewarding for me to to open myself to receive love.
- Give my relationship with my body to God and a higher power and perceive my body as a device for communication oneness.
Practical Application:
- Write down areas in your life where you could use some help. Open yourself up by asking others for that help.
- Become aware of your willingness to share your talents with others.
- Make a decision as to the integrity of your relationships. Which relationships and communications are truthful and which are not?
- In what areas of your life or in what relationships do you feel angry? How would you like to resolve those issues? Can you move past the anger? Can you release the anger by being willing to give these emotions to a higher power?
- Practice extending and receiving good will.
- Become aware of your defenses and how they may block good will.
- Realize and appreciate your relationships and the interconnectedness that has taken place on a physical level and that takes place on a physical level to honor the gifts of these relationships.
