This week of June 29 – July 5,  2009, the psychic energies that are affecting each and everyone of us around the world, given the change in time zones, suggest that we individually learn to guide ourselves in understanding how to:

• Practice receiving love by being open vulnerable and defenseless to the love that God or a Higher Power gives to me through others.

• Accept that my will is God’s or a Higher Power’s will and my will be done.

• Practice “insight” by looking for God or a Higher Power in everyone I see, knowing that the more I see God or a Higher Power in others, the more I see God or a Higher Power in myself.

• Accept my innocence.

• Practice asking verbally and directly for what I want from those closest to me.

By:

• Practicing releasing what does not serve me.

In this case by releasing the six statements below:

• Asking God or a Higher Power how everyone can win in this situation.

• Preparing for my perfect life partner by showing me these qualities within myself.

• Consciously completing a relationship from the past so to receive love in the present.

• Accepting and feel my power as co-creator with God or a Higher Power with my most deeply held thoughts.

• Giving to God or a Higher Power some part of myself that I thought I needed to keep for myself and to acknowledge that fear of God or a Higher Power is truly insane.

• Looking for love including within myself.

And replacing it with the four statements below:

• I will give myself complete permission to feel and express the joy in me.

• I will practice loving something about myself that I have hated and ask God or a Higher Power to show me how to love it.

• I will practice looking for the way to join and feel connected with everyone in my life.

• I will express how deeply I love the people in my life.

This week of June 22 – June 28,  2009, the psychic energies that are affecting each and everyone of us around the world, given the change in time zones, suggest that we individually learn to guide ourselves in understanding how to:

• Accept my sexuality as a gift from God or a Higher Power and ask God or a Higher Power how to be at peace with my sexuality.

• Practice receiving love by being open, vulnerable and defenseless to the love that God or a Higher Power gives to me through others.

• Practice representing myself through love rather than fear.

• Look for love everywhere including within myself.

• Ask for an intimate relationship with love.

• Ask and receive help from people as a demonstration of strength in vulnerability.

• Accept my oneness with someone close to me whom I’ve been feeling separate and to accept that part of me that I need to love.

• Accept my sexuality as a gift from God or a Higher Power and to ask how to be at peace with my sexuality.

• Practice giving myself permission to cry.

• Practice treating myself with respect and compassion.

• Practice forgiving God or a Higher Power and myself for those times when I thought I was abandoned and for anything I thought God or a Higher Power did to me.

• Give my emotions with time to God or a Higher Power.

• Practice asking verbally and directly for what I want from those closest to me.

• Consciously complete a relationship from the past so to receive love in the present.

BY:

• Affirming it is rewarding to hear and follow God’s or a Higher Power’s guidance.

• Giving my anger safely to God or a Higher Power by appropriately expressing and releasing my thoughts of anger.

• Giving myself the gift of prayer and meditation.

• Practicing graciously receiving compliments, money, ideas, affection and if appropriate sexual expressions-LIFE.

WHILE:

• Giving myself the gift of prayer and meditation.

• Practicing asking verbally and directly for what I want from those closest to me.

• Practicing asking God or a Higher Power for something in essence rather than form.

• Asking for an intimate relationship with love.

• Opening myself to feeling alive without needing to fight or face a deadline.

• Giving myself the gift of prayer and meditation.

• Accepting my wholeness by loving some part of myself which I have disowned by thinking of a person whom I judge or are most afraid of.

• Accepting that my outer life is a reflection of the value, worth and abundance of God or a Higher Power within.

This week of May 25 – May 31,  2009, the psychic energies that are affecting each and everyone of us around the world, given the change in time zones, suggest that we individually learn to guide ourselves in understanding how to:

• Acknowledge that where I am in my life is on a spiritual plateau and to be patient and gentle with myself.

• Practice empathy by seeing and agreeing with people’s strengths, empowering others as I want to be empowered.

• Accept that my outer life is a reflection of the value, worth and abundance of God or a Higher Power within.

The type of worth this week is found in:

• Developing a relationship with the child within me.

• Opening myself to feeling alive without needing to fight or face a deadline.

• Committing to my aliveness by doing an activity that expresses my aliveness.

• Practicing asking God or a Higher Power for something in essence rather than in form.

• Acknowledging that where I am in my life is on a spiritual plateau and to be patient and gentle with myself.

• Placing my trust in God or a Higher Power to provide everything I need to feel safe and happy and ask God or a Higher Power how to practice this trust.

This week of May 18 – May 24,  2009, the psychic energies that are affecting each and everyone of us around the world, given the change in time zones, suggest that we individually learn to guide ourselves in understanding how to:

• Give myself permission to play and have fun.

• Release each judgment I have about someone as a disowned and projected characteristic of myself and practice loving this part of me.

• Acknowledge that there is only one cause in my life and that is God or a Higher Power within me and forgive myself for false causes that I may have had.

• Consciously release myself from an agreement that I made with someone years ago.

• Become conscious of the anger and hurt I feel toward my parents and my projections on others and to give myself permission to feel, appropriately express and release the anger.

• Accept my innocence.

• Accept my oneness with someone close to me whom I’ve been feeling separate and to accept that part of me that I need to love.

• Acknowledge and act upon a message I have been receiving from God or a Higher Power and ignoring.
