• Acknowledge some talent I have been hiding from myself and ask God or a Higher Power how to actualize it.

• Accept and feel my power as co-creator with God or a Higher Power with my most deeply held thoughts.

• Develop my relationship with nurturing and caring for someone or something.

• Affirm that I do not need to be special or different to receive God’s or a Higher Power’s love.

• Releasing the belief that giving means a loss or sacrifice and ask myself what can I receive right now as I give.

• Forgiving myself for holding myself back as well as others who I mistakenly thought held me back and taking action toward achieving one of my goals.

• Affirming that I do not need to be special or different to receive God’s or a Higher Power’s love.

• Practice giving myself permission to cry.

• Making a list of what I have not completed and carry out a plan to complete those things.

• Accepting my oneness with someone close to me with whom I’ve been feeling separate and to accept that part of me that I need to love.

• Accepting the means toward achieving a goal I have given to God or a Higher Power.

• Asking and receiving help from people as a demonstration of strength in vulnerability.

• Accepting the means toward achieving a goal I have given to God or a Higher Power.

• Affirming it is rewarding to hear and follow God’s or a Higher Power’s guidance.

• Surrendering to my own Magnificence.

• Opening myself to feeling alive without needing to fight or face a deadline.

• Releasing the belief that giving means a loss or sacrifice and ask myself what can I receive right now as I give.

• Accepting that I chose my family of birth by the law of attraction as a reflection of me and to affirm to receive the gifts they have for me.

• Acknowledging that my homesickness or isolation is really my desire to awaken my oneness with God or a Higher Power and to feel my oneness with God or a Higher Power.

• Affirming that I do not need to be special or different to receive God’s or a Higher Power’s love.

This week of August 16 – August 22, 2010, the psychic energies that are affecting each and everyone of us around the world, given the change in time zones, suggest that we individually learn to guide ourselves in understanding how to:

• Open myself to feeling alive without needing to fight or face a deadline.

• Ask God or a Higher Power how everyone can win in this situation.

• Accept my oneness with someone close to me with whom I’ve been feeling separate and to accept that part of me that I need to love.

• Accept and feel my power as co-creator with God or a Higher Power with my most deeply held thoughts.

• Releasing what no longer serves me.

• Joyfully contributing my talents and love to others without being attached to how my gifts are received.

This week of August 9 – August 15, 2010, the psychic energies that are affecting each and everyone of us around the world, given the change in time zones, suggest that we individually learn to guide ourselves in understanding how to:

• Accept that my will is God’s or a Higher Power’s will and my will be done.

• Accept the means toward achieving a goal I have given to God or a Higher Power.

• Acknowledge and act upon a message I have been receiving from God or a Higher Power and been ignoring.

• Do something I want to do even if I feel afraid which is really fun in disguise.

• Practice looking for the way to join and feel connected with everyone in my life.

• Give to God or a Higher Power some part of myself that I thought I needed to keep for myself and to acknowledge that fear of God or a Higher Power is truly insane.

• Acknowledge that where I am in my life is on a spiritual plateau and to be patient and gentle with myself.

• Giving myself complete permission to feel and express the joy in me.

This week of July 26 – August 1, 2010, the psychic energies that are affecting each and everyone of us around the world, given the change in time zones, suggest that we individually learn to guide ourselves in understanding how to:

• Become conscious of the anger and hurt I feel toward my parents and my projections on others and to give myself permission to feel, appropriately express and release the anger.

• Give myself the gift of excellence in all I do  as a reflection of myself, not perfection.

• Know that anytime I have a dis-ease, it is an attempt to solve a problem and I will ask God or a Higher Power to show me a solution which supports and empowers me.

• Accept and feel my power as co-creator with God or a Higher Power with my most deeply held thoughts.

• Make a list of what I have not completed and carry out a plan to complete those things.

• Accept my innocence.

• Become conscious of the anger and hurt I feel toward my parents and my projections on others and to give myself permission to feel, appropriately express and release the anger.

• Know that anytime I have a dis-ease, it is an attempt to solve a problem and I will ask God or a Higher Power to show me a solution which supports and empowers me.

• Give myself the gift of being I community and ask God or a Higher Power how and where to include myself.

The community has to do with:

• Making a list of what I have not completed and carry out a plan to complete those things.

• Accept my sexuality as a gift from God or a Higher Power and to ask God or a Higher Power how to be at peace with my sexuality.

• More fully forgive someone from my past for what I thought he or she did to me.

• Claiming and expressing my inner wisdom.

• Accepting responsibility for my life and releasing being a victim.

• Practice self-compassion when I create having one of my buttons pushed.

• Knowing that anytime I have a dis-ease, it is an attempt to solve a problem and I will ask God or a Higher Power to show me a solution which supports and empowers me.

• Forgiving myself for holding myself back as well as others who I mistakenly thought held me back and take action toward achieving one of my goals.

• Consciously releasing myself from an agreement that I made with someone years ago.

• Accepting that my outer life is a reflection of the value, worth and abundance of God or a Higher Power within.

This week of June 7 – June 13, 2010, the psychic energies that are affecting each and everyone of us around the world, given the change in time zones, suggest that we individually learn to guide ourselves in understanding how to:

• Look for love everywhere including within myself.

And…

• Practice empathy by seeing and agreeing with people’s strengths, empowering others as I want to be empowered.

By:

• Releasing the co-dependency I have in one of my relationships by letting go of the need and obligation of a certain quality and to find that quality within myself.

The quality of:

• Giving myself the gift of being in community and asking God or a Higher Power how and where to include myself.

A community which needs to:

• Practice loving something which is hated and asking God or a Higher Power to show how to love it.

• Accept the way of abundance in outer life is to experience the abundance, value and worth of God or a Higher Power within.

And then replacing the above releasing co-dependency with:

• Accepting the truth that I am 100% committed to life.

• Affirming that I do not need to be special or different to receive God’s or a Higher Power’s love. I can be loved no matter who I am.

• Affirm it is rewarding to hear and follow God’s or a Higher Power’s guidance.

• Release each judgment I have about someone as a disowned and projected characteristic of myself and practice loving this part of me.

• Practice graciously receiving compliments, money, ideas, affection and if appropriate sexual expressions.

• Accept that my outer life is a reflection of the value, worth and abundance of God or a Higher Power within myself.

• Give myself permission to play and have fun.

• Release each judgment I have about someone as a disowned and projected characteristic of myself and practice loving this part of me.

• Develop a relationship with the child within me.

• Consciously release myself from an agreement that I made with someone years ago.

• Give my anger safely to God  or a Higher Power by appropriately expressing and releasing my thoughts of anger.

• Acknowledge and act upon a message I have been receiving from God or a Higher Power and been ignoring.

• Get “off the fence” about something and make a firm “yes” or “no” decision.

• Give my relationship with my body to God or a Higher Power and perceive my body as a device for communicating oneness.
