This week of February 8 – February 14, 2010, the psychic energies that are affecting each and everyone of us around the world, given the change in time zones, suggest that we individually learn to guide ourselves in understanding how to:

• Give and contribute to the success of others.

• Practice acknowledging people who in some way demonstrate the success I want.

• Accept and feel my power as co-creator with God or a Higher Power with my most deeply held thoughts.

In relation to:

• Knowing that anytime I have a dis-ease, it is an attempt to solve a problem and I will ask God or a Higher Power to show me a solution which supports and empowers me.

The problem pertains to:

• Receiving love by being open, vulnerable and defenseless to the love that God or a Higher Power gives through others.

• Asking and receiving help from people as a demonstration of strength in vulnerability.

• Becoming conscious of my defenses and to realizing it is safe and rewarding for me to open myself to receive love.

• Giving my relationship with my body to God or a Higher Power and perceive my body as a device for communicating oneness.

And the resolution of the problem entails:

• Practicing empathy by seeing and agreeing with people’s strengths, empowering others as I want to be empowered.

• Looking for love everywhere including within myself.

This week of February 1 – February 7, 2010, the psychic energies that are affecting each and everyone of us around the world, given the change in time zones, suggest that we individually learn to guide ourselves in understanding how to:

• Practice treating myself with respect and compassion.

• Practice loving something about myself that I have hated and ask God or a Higher Power to show me how to love it.

• Give my relationship with my body to God or a Higher Power and perceive my body as a device for communicating oneness.

By:

• Asking God or a Higher Power for something in essence rather than in form.

• Receiving love by being open, vulnerable and defenseless to the love that God or a Higher Power gives through others.

• Giving myself permission to cry.

• Releasing the belief that giving means a loss or sacrifice and ask myself what can Ireceive right now as I give.

• Accepting and feeling my power as co-creator with God or a Higher Power with my most deeply held thoughts.

• Treating myself with respect and compassion.

• Giving my anger safely to God  or a Higher Power by appropriately expressing and releasing my thoughts of anger.

• Developing a relationship with the child within me.

• Giving my relationship with my body to God or a Higher Power and perceive my body as a device for communicating oneness.

This week of January 25 – January 31, 2010, the psychic energies that are affecting each and everyone of us around the world, given the change in time zones, suggest that we individually learn to guide ourselves in understanding how to:

• Accept that I chose my family of birth by the law of attraction as a reflection of me and to affirm to receive the gifts they have for me.

• Practice feeling grateful.

• Heal a mistaken perception that my inner child still has about God or a Higher Power.

In relation to:

• Giving myself permission to cry.

• Preparing for the perfect life partner by showing me these qualities within myself.

• Experiencing more innocence by giving myself the gift of integrity in my  relationships.

• Giving my relationship with my body to God or a Higher Power and perceive my body as a device for communicating oneness.

And replacing it with:

• Surrendering to my own magnificence.

• Giving myself complete permission to feel and express the joy in me.

This week of January 18 – January 24, 2010, the psychic energies that are affecting each and everyone of us around the world, given the change in time zones, suggest that we individually learn to guide ourselves in understanding how to:

• Give myself the gift of being in community and ask God or a Higher Power how and where to include myself.

The community relates to:

• Consciously releasing myself from an agreement that I made with someone years ago.

• Developing a relationship with the child within me.

• Practice looking for the way to join and feel connected with everyone in my life.

• Practice receiving love by being open, vulnerable and defenseless to the love that God or a Higher Power gives through others.

• Accepting my sexuality as a gift from God or a Higher Power and to ask God or a Higher Power how to be at peace with my sexuality.

• Practice forgiving God or a Higher Power as well as myself for those times when I thought I was abandoned and for anything I thought God or a Higher Power did to me.

• Practice feeling grateful.

• Practice “insight” by looking for God or a Higher Power in everyone I see, knowing that the more I see God or a Higher Power in others, the more I see God or a Higher Power in myself.

• Acknowledging that where I am in my life is on a spiritual plateau and to be patient and gentle with myself.

• Consciously completing a relationship from the past so to receive love in the present.

• Practice receiving love by being open, vulnerable and defenseless to the love that God or a Higher Power gives through others.

• Acknowledging some talent I have been hiding from myself and ask God or a Higher Power how to actualize it.

• Giving a problem to God or a Higher Power and looking for a solution.

• Looking for love everywhere including within myself.

This week of January 11 – January 17, 2010, the psychic energies that are affecting each and everyone of us around the world, given the change in time zones, suggest that we individually learn to guide ourselves in understanding how to:

• Practice treating myself with respect and compassion.

• Make a list of what I have not completed and carry out a plan to complete those things.

• Practice loving something about myself that I have hated and ask God or a Higher Power to show me how to love it.

• Acknowledge some talent I have been hiding from myself and ask God or a Higher Power how to actualize it.

• Give myself complete permission to feel and express the joy in me.

This week of January 4 – January 10, 2010, the psychic energies that are affecting each and everyone of us around the world, given the change in time zones, suggest that we individually learn to guide ourselves in understanding how to:

• Accept and begin to develop my clairvoyance and intuition.

• Commit or recommit to what my vision is and to living it.

• Practice receiving love by being open, vulnerable and defenseless to the love that God or a Higher Power gives through others.

• Acknowledge that my homesickness or isolation is really my desire to awaken and feel my oneness with God or a Higher Power and to express that oneness.

• Accept the means toward achieving a goal I have given to God or a Higher Power.

• Give to God or a Higher Power some part of myself that I thought I needed to keep for myself and to acknowledge that fear of God or a Higher Power is truly insane.

• Accept the way I have abundance in my outer life is to experience the abundance, value and worth of God or a Higher Power within.

This week of December 28 – January 3, 2009-2010, the psychic energies that are affecting each and everyone of us around the world, given the change in time zones, suggest that we individually learn to guide ourselves in understanding how to:

• Give a problem to God or a Higher Power and look for a solution.

• Accept that my outer life is a reflection of the value, worth and abundance of God or a Higher Power within.

By:

• Asking God or a Higher Power how everyone can win in this situation.

• Practicing receiving love by being open, vulnerable and defenseless to the love that God or a Higher Power gives through others.

• Practicing loving something about myself that I have hated and asking God or a Higher Power to show me how to love it.

• Practicing knowing that everything I do is something I choose to do.

• Asking God or a Higher Power how everyone can win in this situation.

• Practicing feeling grateful.

• Giving myself the gift of excellence in all I do  as a reflection of myself, not perfection.

• Making a list of what I have not completed and carrying out a plan to complete those things.

• Learning to truly be myself in some way.

• Giving myself complete permission to feel and express the joy in me.

• Ask God how everyone can win in this situation.

• Accept the truth that I am 100% committed to life.

• Open myself to feeling alive without needing to fight or face a deadline.

• Become conscious of my dignity and of how much love I feel toward my parents and to open myself to love and be loved.

• Practice “insight” by looking for God in everyone I see, knowing that the more I see God in others, the more I see God in myself.

• Experience more innocence by giving myself the gift of integrity in my relationships.

• Commit or recommit to what my vision is and to living it.

This includes:

• More fully forgiving someone from my past for what I thought he or she did to me.

Having to do with:

• Acknowledging some talent I have been hiding from myself and asking God or a Higher Power how to actualize it.

• Practicing “insight” by looking for God in everyone I see, knowing that the more I see God in others, the more I see God in myself.

• Experiencing more innocence by giving myself the gift of integrity in my relationships.

• Practicing feeling grateful.

• Doing something I want to do even if I feel afraid which is really fun in disguise.

• Receiving love by being open, vulnerable and defenseless to the love that God gives through others.

• Giving myself complete permission to feel and express the joy in me.

And replacing this forgiveness with:

• Acknowledging some talent I have been hiding from myself and asking God or a Higher Power how to actualize it.

• Giving myself permission to cry.

• Asking for an intimate relationship with love.

This week of December 7 - December 13, 2009, the psychic energies that are affecting each and everyone of us around the world, given the change in time zones, suggest that we individually learn to guide ourselves in understanding how to:
