• Acknowledge and act upon a message I have been receiving from God or a Higher Power and been ignoring.

• Commit or recommit to what my vision is and to living it.

• Look for love everywhere including within myself.

• Become conscious of the anger and hurt I feel toward my parents and my projections on others and to give myself permission to feel, appropriately express and release the anger.

• Accept my sexuality as a gift from God or a Higher Power and to ask God or a Higher Power how to be at peace with my sexuality.

• Ask and receive help from people as a demonstration of strength in vulnerability.

• Practice “insight”  by looking for God or a Higher Power in everyone I see, knowing that the more I see God or a Higher Power in others, the more I see God or a Higher Power in myself.

• Practice empathy by seeing and agreeing with people’s strengths, empowering others as I want to be empowered.

• Acknowledge that where I am in my life is on a spiritual plateau and to be patient and gentle with myself.

• Surrender to my own magnificence.

•  Accept and feel my power as co-creator with God or a Higher Power with my most deeply held thoughts.

• Practice looking for the way to join and feel connected with everyone in my life.

•  Accept and acknowledge my inner beauty as well as the beauty of others as a reflection of myself.

• Practice feeling grateful.

For:

• Consciously completing a relationship from the past so to receive love in the present.

By:

• Practicing giving myself permission to cry.

• Learning to be myself in some situation knowing that the more I can be myself, releasing the need to have an “act”,  the more I will have everything I really want.

• Acknowledging some talent I have been hiding from myself and ask God or a Higher Power how to actualize it.

• Giving this problem to God or a Higher Power and look for a solution.

• Affirming that I do not need to be special or different to receive God’s or a Higher Power’s love.

And yet:

• Practicing empathy by seeing and agreeing with people’s strengths, empowering others as I want to be empowered.

• Releasing the co-dependency I have in one of my relationships, by releasing the need and obligation of a certain quality and to find that quality within myself.

Relating to:

• Looking for love everywhere including within myself.

And replacing that with:

• Affirming that I do not need to be special or different to receive God’s or a Higher Power’s love.

• Practicing empathy by seeing and agreeing with people’s strengths, empowering others as I want to be empowered.

• Giving myself the gift of being I community and ask God or a Higher Power how and where to include myself.

Through:

• Asking and receiving help from people as a demonstration of strength in vulnerability.

• Giving myself the gift of prayer and meditation.

• Practicing empathy by seeing and agreeing with people’s strengths, empowering others as I want to be empowered.

• Giving to God or a Higher Power some part of myself that I thought I needed to keep for myself and to acknowledge that fear of God or a Higher Power is truly insane.

• Looking for love everywhere including within myself.
